Our customer service is open between the hours 07:00 to 23:00 every day. We are also open on public holidays, where we naturally share the work load and shifts, but it is important that you are 100% flexible, where you see it as a great opportunity to work with a changeable work schedule. Full time position can not be combined with full time studies.
The position is to start the 20th of October. We will prepare you for the job, and you will therefore be included in a paid four-weeks professional training. During the training, you will be keen on our products while you develop your skills at customer service, communication, conversation- and conflict management.
The recruitment process:
Once you have registered your application, you have to complete 3 Tests: English test a personality test, and a logic test. It is important that you complete the test as soon as possible so we can take you on in the recruitment process.

Your daily work is to make others happy. You must serve customers who seek your aid, to make use of your expertise, your tasks will be customer service and support of Russian customers. The position has no sale involved, just pure and excellent customer service by phone on technical support.
